Responsibilities:

  • Meet with customers to determine their needs for vehicle repair and/or service.
  • Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations.
  • Maintain the company’s standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service, and good employee and community relations.
  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and update customers.
  • Increase profitability by maximizing sales & executing retail promotions.
  • Oversee the technician working on customers’ vehicles, including managing their time, efficiency, parts ordering, and job completion times.
  • Participate in quality control.
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures as appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Customer service background.
  • Customer satisfaction and quality control skills.
  • Automotive service experience is helpful.
  • Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions.
  • Ability to perform various tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to submit to a background check & drug screening.
