We are seeking a full-time Graphic & Web Designer to join our creative team at our corporate office in St. Johns, Michigan. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent college graduate with a strong foundation in graphic design and web development, and an interest in social media and paid advertising.
You will work directly under the guidance of our Creative Director, contributing to the design and execution of websites, digital ads, social media graphics, and printed marketing materials for both client and internal projects. This role is designed for growth, mentorship, and hands‑on agency experience.
Key Responsibilities- Design, update, and maintain websites using CMS platforms such as Word Press and similar tools
- Create graphic assets for social media, paid advertising, and digital marketing campaigns
- Design ad graphics for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels
- Design printed promotional materials, including:
- Event booth signage
- Yard signs
- Publication advertisements
- Flyers
- Business cards
- Support website layout, visual design, and basic UX/UI enhancements
- Collaborate with the Creative Director on branding, campaigns, and creative direction
- Prepare and resize creative assets for multiple platforms and formats
- Apply feedback and revisions efficiently
- Maintain consistent brand standards across digital and print materials
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and Web Development (or a closely related field with strong coursework in both areas)
- Strong foundation in visual design, layout, typography, and color
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or similar design software
- Familiarity with website builders or CMS platforms (Word Press preferred)
- Understanding of social media platforms and digital ad formats
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong grammar and written communication skills
- Ability to take creative direction and apply feedback
- Minor in Marketing or coursework in digital marketing, advertising, or communications
- Basic understanding of SEO or digital marketing concepts
- Experience creating paid social media ads
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
