West Michigan Seawall & Marine Construction LLC is looking for a hardworking and reliable Construction Laborer to join our Field Operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, values teamwork, and takes pride in seeing a job well done. You'll be part of a dedicated crew building high-quality marine and seawall structures that protect our waterfronts and add beauty to our environment.

At West Michigan Seawall, we specialize in constructing high-performance seawalls, docks, and marine structures for both residential and commercial clients. • Assist with site preparation, including material staging and equipment setup.
• Provide general labor support: digging, lifting, carrying, and using hand tools.
• Aid in equipment operation and routine maintenance tasks.
• Follow all safety guidelines and report any safety hazards immediately.
• Handle construction materials: load, unload, and transport materials on-site.
• Support quality control efforts by maintaining standards during each build phase.
• Perform site clean-up and organize tools and materials for the next workday.

• 3+ years of construction or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds, work outdoors in variable weather, and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious.

Monday-Friday, with potential for overtime based on project needs.

Projects are located throughout West Michigan. This is an on-site role with occasional travel required for out-of-town projects (per diem included).
