Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Landscape Construction Project Manager - Install Division with hands‑on experience in both softscape and hardscape installations, along with a working knowledge of light civil construction.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing each project from estimator handoff through final walkthrough and close‑out documentation. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with the project estimator, operations team, and logistics team to ensure seamless project execution, high‑quality results, and on‑time delivery.
You’ll coordinate with general contractors, architects, vendors, and clients, attend meetings and site visits, and manage day‑to‑day project activities. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, organized approach to leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Manage assigned landscape installation projects from project handoff to closeout
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and contractors
- Collaborate with internal estimating and project management teams
- Ensure timely communication and follow‑up via email and internal systems
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold Heritage's professional standards
- Represent the company in meetings and job‑related functions
- Minimum 2 years' experience in project management for construction or landscape projects
- Proven experience with both softscape and hardscape installations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-starter with excellent time management
- Professional, clear communicator
- Comfortable with in‑person client and vendor interaction
- Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Holly, MI
