Creek Hospital of Michigan is a beautiful and state of the art 72-bed facility. Cedar Creek provides evidence-based treatment to adolescents and adults struggling with mental health issues. Cedar Creek Hospital invests in our patients by offering an integrated medicine approach that provides the latest therapies including yoga, mindfulness, aromatherapy, music therapy and nutrition. As part of our success and innovation in the field we are seeking qualified applicants for a Director of Business Development position.
PositionDescription
The Director of Business Development oversees the provision of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service activities within the Marketing Department. The Director of Business Development is responsible for achieving the desired utilization of the organization’s continuum of care through the effective application of marketing principles and methods.
As a member of the facility management team, the Director of Business Development is actively involved in discussions related to a wide variety of facility issues including, but not limited to, strategic planning, potential growth opportunities, future projects, changing in programing/protocols, recruitment and retention.
HoursFull Time, Hours are typically between 7a-5p, and may flex outside of those hours based on departmental and facility needs, 7am to 7:30pm

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field required. Masters of Business Administration or related field highly preferred. Experience may be evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis in lieu of a degree.
Experience:
Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred. Five years minimum experience in organizational communications, referral development, workshop planning, sales management, and physician relationships preferred.
