Creek Hospital of Michigan is a beautiful and state‑of‑the‑art 72‑bed facility. Cedar Creek provides evidence‑based treatment to adolescents and adults struggling with mental health issues. Cedar Creek Hospital invests in its patients by offering an integrated medicine approach that provides the latest therapies including yoga, mindfulness, aromatherapy, music therapy and nutrition. As part of our success and innovation in the field we are seeking qualified applicants for a Director of Business Development position.
PositionDescription
The Director of Business Development oversees Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service activities within the Marketing Department. The Director is responsible for achieving the desired utilization of the organization’s continuum of care through the effective application of marketing principles and methods. As a member of the facility management team, the Director is actively involved in discussions related to a wide variety of facility issues including, but not limited to, strategic planning, potential growth opportunities, future projects, changes in programming/protocols, recruitment and retention.
HoursFull Time, hours are typically between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm, and may flex outside those hours based on departmental and facility needs, up to 7:30 pm.

QualificationsRequirements: Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field required;
Master of Business Administration or related field highly preferred; experience may be evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis in lieu of a degree.
Experience:
Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred; five years minimum in organizational communications, referral development, workshop planning, sales management, and physician relationships preferred.
