The ideal candidate is a professional, results-oriented manager who will:

• Recruit, train and develop a top-notch sales force.
• Lead in-person and occasional virtual sales presentations to the target market.
• Maintain a high standard of service quality and ethics, representing the GOLD STANDARD in the industry.
• Inspire a sales team to convert leads that are provided at no cost.

Qualified candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to motivate a sales team to achieve results. A track record of success and being hard-working are important attributes.

Job Type: Full-time

Total Compensation (base + commission): $85K to $100K+ with no cap on earnings potential
