Overview

Position: Product Integrator

Department: Marketing

Location: Glen Arbor, MI - Hybrid (2-3 days in office in Glen Arbor, MI)

The Product Integrator is the glue that binds our product development, marketing, production, supply chain, and retail teams together. This role is essential to the successful lifecycle management of both food and non-food products, ensuring that all launches are flawlessly executed across all channels. As a Product Integrator, you will report to the Marketing Department but will work closely with production, supply chain, and retail to ensure seamless communication and integration.

Responsibilities
  • Product Life Cycle Management:
    Oversee the entire product life cycle for both food and non-food items, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with Cherry Republic's core values.
  • Strategic Thinking:
    Develop and implement strategies that align with Cherry Republic’s mission and values, driving product success across all channels.
  • Data Analysis and Presentation:
    Pull, analyze, and present data to inform strategic decisions. Use data-driven insights to enhance product development, marketing strategies, and operational efficiency.
  • Cross-Departmental Communication:
    Act as a liaison between marketing, production, fulfillment, and retail teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Project Management:
    Lead and manage product launch projects, ensuring timely delivery and execution across all channels.
  • ERP & Shopify Management:
    Utilize ERP systems and Shopify to manage product data, inventory, and sales channels efficiently.
  • Microsoft Proficiency:
    Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to manage documentation, reporting, and communication effectively.
  • Exceptional Organization:
    Maintain high levels of organization to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines are met and all details are accounted for.
  • Flawless Execution:
    Ensure that product launches are executed flawlessly across all channels, meeting quality standards and customer expectations.
Necessary Skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and a high degree of business acumen
  • Equally creative and analytical to move fluidly between idea generation, strategy building, and execution.
  • Proven ability to handle concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in leading and managing complex projects from start to finish.
  • Ability to think strategically and align product development with company goals and values.
  • Ability to self-start, work independently, stay organized, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, and highly collaborative across multiple departments
  • Strong follow-through to ensure all tasks are fully completed and feedback loops are closed.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Technical competency with product management software and other computer applications.
  • Close connection with company core values.
Supervisory Responsibilities

The Product Integrator has no supervisory responsibilities and will report directly to the VP of Marketing.

  • Education and/or Experience - Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in product management, project management, or a related field.

  • Organizational Skills - Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Strategic Thinking - Ability to think strategically and align product development and management with company goals and values.
