Position OverviewAs a Lube & Oil Technician, you are responsible for performing lube‑related services for customers in a professional and efficient fashion.

- Perform lube‑oil filter services professionally and conduct vehicle inspections as required.
- Provide excellent customer service for all customers, both external and internal, offering dependable vehicle service.
- Maintain equipment in good working condition and keep the work area safe, clean, and organized.
- Receive service assignments from the service writer or manager.
- Complete lube work within the allotted time, setting goals, developing skills, and continuously increasing efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, efficient work area and assist in keeping the shop neat and organized.
- Ensure proper paperwork is completed and filed after each job completion.
- Keep technical qualifications current by completing required training programs.
- Ensure the vehicle is cleaner when finished than when dropped off.
- Occasionally climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Occasionally walk, sit, talk, or hear.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; occasionally lift weights up to 100 pounds.
