- Responsible for reception duties for the Mortgage and Real Estate teams.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support for the Mortgage and Real Estate teams by electronically managing applications.
- Assigning files accordingly to the team and following up on abandoned applications.
- Supporting team by inputting data into applications.
- Assists with document management.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Abilities generally acquired on the job.
- Must have demonstrated ability to keep finances in order.
- Familiar with imaging concepts, practices and procedures.
- Basic understanding of company operations.
- Good communication skills: courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job.
- Professional appearance, dress and attitude.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment including adding machine, typewriter, copy machine and telephone.
- Good keyboarding and data entry.
