What We Are Looking For
  • Responsible for reception duties for the Mortgage and Real Estate teams.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support for the Mortgage and Real Estate teams by electronically managing applications.
  • Assigning files accordingly to the team and following up on abandoned applications.
  • Supporting team by inputting data into applications.
  • Assists with document management.
Education/Certification
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience Required
  • Abilities generally acquired on the job.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Must have demonstrated ability to keep finances in order.
  • Familiar with imaging concepts, practices and procedures.
  • Basic understanding of company operations.
  • Good communication skills: courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job.
  • Professional appearance, dress and attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment including adding machine, typewriter, copy machine and telephone.
  • Good keyboarding and data entry.
