Overview

Position Summary: The Administrative Assistant II is a developing professional who is expanding their capabilities in higher-level administrative and support functions. This role involves performing complex, repetitive clerical, secretarial, and data entry tasks with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute advanced clerical tasks including typing, filing, dictation, and data entry.
  • Verify quality of work and perform routine calculations.
  • Prepare forms, reports, sketches, and diagrams.
  • Operate various office equipment and use personal computers to compile reports and orders.
  • Maintain daily production reports and assist visitors.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and office space logistics.
  • Track, maintain, and report on various inventories.
  • Manage complex calendar integrations and scheduling for large groups.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite:
    Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Visio and One Note are a plus).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Results-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
  • Experience using electronic calendaring systems for scheduling.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a specialized or functional area.
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
