Schedule: Monday–Friday; with mandatory overtime and Saturdays during peak demand

We help safeguard nuclear energy facilities nationwide by verifying & obtaining information used in federally regulated background investigations for Unescorted Access Authorization (UAA). Accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality are critical in this work.
- Enter applicant data into MS Office 365 apps and our custom database.
- Type accurate reports and documents from investigative forms.
- Flag missing/incomplete information, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Manage heavy workloads under tight deadlines while safeguarding confidential data.
- Support team members, cross-train, and adapt to evolving duties.
- Available to work mandatory overtime, evenings, and weekends – as needed.
- High school diploma/GED.
- Pass criminal check & background investigation.
- Extremely detail‑oriented; enjoys heads‑down focus work.
- Positive, self‑motivated, and team‑focused; comfortable with high‑pressure tasks.
- Legible handwriting, basic computer skills, and secure data handling skills.
- Reliable attendance and willing to work evenings/weekends – as required.
- Proofreading or transcription experience; prior admin, legal, medical records, or compliance work.
- Familiarity with databases and version‑controlled documents.
- Ability to work well in a fast‑paced and noisy environment.
