Bookkeeper - Paw Paw Area

Salary Range: $47,000 - $67,000 depending on experience

• Record all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and other financial accounts monthly.
• Process payroll accurately and on time, including related tax filings.
• Maintain and update the general ledger.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Monitor and track manufacturing-related expenses and inventory adjustments.

• Proven experience in full-cycle bookkeeping, adhering to GAAP.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Sage) and ERP systems.
• Direct experience with cost accounting, inventory valuation, and COGS in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong reconciliation skills and ability to prepare accurate financial statements.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite)
• Basic understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory valuation
• Familiarity with manufacturing specific processes and terminology
• Proficiency in advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting
