On-Site
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What you will do:

Direct phone calls to the correct person
Process invoices
Match invoices to packing slips and code to the correct accounts
Send matched invoices for approval
Run credit cards for customer payments
Record payables in the manufacturing system (TCM)
Oversee and maintain online accounts
Create new customer accounts
Take the mail to the post office at night
Adjust inventory for the month and the year-end
Call customers for payments
Cash receipts and deposits
Process checks

What you will need to be successful:

GED (required)
Strong computer and data entry skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to work effectively while paying close attention to details
Capable of efficiently learning manufacturing software
