Team Member – White Castle

White Castle, America’s first fast‑food restaurant, is looking for a Team Member to help us create memorable moments for Cravers every day. A fresh‑start environment, over 100 years of heritage and a focus on safety, teamwork and growth.

• Deliver excellent customer service and create friendly, welcoming experiences
• Operate the cash register, drive‑thru, order preparation and fryer/griddle
• Maintain sanitation, food safety and a clean, organized work area
• Stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly
• Promote White Castle initiatives and build brand loyalty

• Must love to smile, laugh and have fun
• 1+ years of food service or management experience
• Enjoy working in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment
• Promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
• Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
• Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire

• Competitive weekly pay – $15.00 – $19.20 per hour (depending on experience and hours)
