Principal SAP BTP-Integration Suite Consultant, DTE

• Act as a key consultant to define problem statements, evaluate solutions, and recommend strategies
• Conduct configuration activities and support conference room pilots
• Prepare effort estimates in line with budgetary requirements and financial guidelines
• Deliver solution demonstrations and conduct Proof of Concept workshops
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, ensuring stability and performance

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent; or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education
• Minimum of 11 years of experience in Information Technology
• Willingness to travel to project/client locations, specifically Detroit, MI
• Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing complex integration scenarios using SAP BTP Integration Suite

• At least 11 years of experience in SAP middleware integration, particularly with SAP Integration Suite
• Experience with leading upgrade and migration projects focused on SAP Cloud Integration
• SAP certification is a plus
• Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate with various tech centers remotely
• Excellent communication skills, especially in customer‑facing roles
