Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner/ physician Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care and be dedicated to delivering high-quality medical services. Duties:

Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including conducting thorough patient assessments, diagnosing & treating illnesses, & prescribing medications as necessary.

Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians & other advanced practice nurses, to develop and implement patient care plans.

Perform procedures such as dialysis, ventilator management, and specimen collection & processing.

Educate patients & their families on disease management, treatment options, and prevention strategies.

Utilize medical terminology to accurately document patient info & communicate with other healthcare professionals.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop & implement treatment plans for patients with complex medical conditions.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes & improve healthcare services.

Provide patient education & support in the operating room setting.

Experience:

Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner/ PA in the state of IN.

Excellent patient assessment & communication skills.

Strong problem-solving skills & ability to work independently.

Experience with electronic medical records & other healthcare software.

NEW GRADUATES without experience will also be considered.

Pay:
From $ per year Full Time (40 Hrs/week)

Expected hours: 25 PT – 40 FT
