Operations Manager Position

Duties include:

• Primary responsibility for performance to budget and timing during all phases of projects by developing and managing budgeting and budget execution with a focus on project costs and margins.
• Provide expertise in the standards and specifications for the design of hardware and software.
• Must be able to read and understand electrical drawings, pneumatic drawings, and mechanical sequence of operations.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to define problems, collect data, and formulate effective solutions to issues in a timely fashion.
• Ensure/ program the training for controls software and hardware engineers.
• Aid the customer and improve customer satisfaction through routine and regular communication.
• On larger projects, report to Fives DyAG management on progress, timing, and critical issues of all projects.
• Coordinate as required with end user facilities for sales activities, customer meetings, and project activities.
• Drive profitable growth and ensure implementation of world-class engineering techniques, creating value-added offerings for our customers, and a drive for flawless execution of projects and delivery to customers.
• Communicate, collaborate, and share best practices across all Fives DyAG offices.

This position requires a bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering and 5 years of experience.
