Requirements
• Monday - Friday clinic schedule (8:00 a.m.
  
  -5:00 p.m.)
• 36 hours of weekly patient contact with possibility of 4.5-day work week
• Outpatient volume: 12-15 patients per day
• Call: 1:3 weekdays, weekends, and holidays (includes weekday time off after weekend call)
• Manage a range of solid tumor and hematologic conditions including:
- Breast, lung, colon, rectal, and prostate cancers - Benign hematology conditionsQualifications
• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology Oncology
• Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in the state of Indiana
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association
