This role performs non-destructive testing (NDT) in laboratory and field environments to evaluate materials and components for quality and defects across regulated industries.
Key Responsibilities- Set up, calibrate, and verify NDT equipment
- Perform inspections using approved testing methods
- Interpret results against applicable standards to determine acceptability
- Document and report findings
- Maintain safety compliance and use required protective equipment
Support, train, or oversee junior personnel as needed - Complete additional assigned tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant NDT Level II certification (e.g., industry-recognized standards)
- Ability to perform inspections independently and interpret results
- Familiarity with NDT equipment and procedures
