Your ImpactAs a Paint Line General Laborer on 2nd shift, you will help ensure products meet quality and finish standards by preparing surfaces, operating paint line equipment, and inspecting completed work. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety directly impact product quality and customer outcomes during critical evening operations.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Prepare surfaces for painting in accordance with established specifications
- Operate paint line equipment to support consistent, high-quality production
- Apply paint to products following defined quality and finish requirements
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality control standards are met
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet production goals
- Experience as a paint line general laborer or in a similar manufacturing role
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects as required
- Team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills
Monday-Friday, 3pm-11:30pm

Employees must be able to talk and hear and frequently sit, with occasional standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Regular lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs is required. Vision requirements include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Work may involve exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, chemicals, electrical hazards, and very loud noise levels requiring hearing protection.
