Your Impact
As Director of Accelevation Academy, you will build the systems that develop our frontline, skilled, professional, and leadership talent s role owns how people are educated, trained, advanced, and prepared to lead as Accelevation continues to grow across manufacturing, field operations, and corporate functions.
This is an educator-first, builder role focused on designing and delivering high-impact training and development programs that create real capability. You will oversee technical skill development, manager and supervisor training, leadership development, internship programming, and enterprise learning pathways under one single, cohesive Academy.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Design and build scalable education and training programs for frontline, skilled trades, managers, supervisors, and corporate roles. Stand up clear training and talent development pathways that support progression, skill growth, and leadership readiness across the organization.
- Create and launch practical manager and supervisor training aligned to how work actually gets done in our manufacturing, field, and corporate teams.
- Build leadership development programs that equip current and emerging leaders with the skills to coach, lead, and execute effectively.
- Oversee internship and early-career programs as part of long-term talent pipeline and workforce development strategy.
- Partner closely with operations, functional, and business leaders to ensure training is relevant, applied, and measurable.
- Develop and execute a clear roadmap for education and talent development, moving programs from concept to delivery quickly.
- Build internal talent pipelines that support both immediate workforce needs and long-term growth.
- 8+ years of experience building education, training, or talent development programs in manufacturing, construction, field services, or comparable operational environments.
- Proven experience designing and launching programs, academies, or development tracks from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of frontline, field-based, and corporate work environments.
- Builder mindset with a track record of creating simple, scalable training and development programs in fast-moving organizations.
- Comfortable operating without heavy bureaucracy or rigid, traditional approaches to education and talent development.
- Ability to translate real-world work, leadership expectations, and business needs into practical learning experiences.
- Clear communicator with strong judgment, ownership mindset, and bias toward action.
- Experience building internal talent pipelines, leadership programs, or workforce development initiatives at scale.
