Client OverviewVernovis is partnering with a construction-focused organization in the Miamisburg area seeking a Business Analyst – IT to support enterprise technology systems, optimize workflows, and drive adoption across key business platforms.

What You'll Do- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document system requirements
- Map and optimize workflows across enterprise construction platforms and applications
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Act as product owner for enterprise platforms, supporting full lifecycle delivery and enhancements
- Coordinate cross-system releases, integrations, and change management activities
- Lead testing efforts including UAT planning, defect triage, and stakeholder training
- Maintain documentation including process flows, release notes, roadmaps, and governance artifacts
- Serve as an SME for enterprise applications and support continuous improvement initiatives
- 1–3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong background in requirements gathering, workflow/process analysis, and documentation
- Experience supporting enterprise systems such as ERP, document management, or project management tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and reporting tools (Power BI/Excel)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams
- Experience in the construction industry or project-based environments
- Familiarity with platforms such as Vista by Viewpoint, Autodesk ACC, Hyland OnBase, or Oracle P6
- Exposure to Power Apps or process automation initiatives
