A role where every meal makes a difference. Kingston of Miamisburg is hiring Dietary Aides to join our dining services team. From preparing and serving meals to creating a warm dining atmosphere, your work helps ensure residents feel cared for and at home in our Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care community.

Assist with preparing and serving meals to residents based on dietary guidelines

Provide friendly, respectful service that enhances the resident dining experience

Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards

Help maintain kitchen and dining areas in an organized, safe condition

Work as part of the dietary team to support smooth daily operations

Contribute to a welcoming environment where residents enjoy their meals and feel connected

No certification required—training provided

Experience in food service, healthcare, or hospitality a plus but not required

Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills

Dependable and detail-oriented with a resident-first mindset

Willingness to follow safety and sanitation procedures
