From preparing and serving meals to creating a warm dining atmosphere, your work helps ensure residents feel cared for and at home in our Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care community.

• Assist with preparing and serving meals to residents based on dietary guidelines
• Provide friendly, respectful service that enhances the resident dining experience
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Help maintain kitchen and dining areas in an organized, safe condition
• Work as part of the dietary team to support smooth daily operations
• Contribute to a welcoming environment where residents enjoy their meals and feel connected

• No certification required—training provided
• Experience in food service, healthcare, or hospitality a plus but not required
• Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills
• Dependable and detail-oriented with a resident-first mindset
• Willingness to follow safety and sanitation procedures
