• Lead financial reporting and month-end close processes
• Oversee cost accounting and analyze product line profitability
• Drive financial analysis across product lines and sales territories
• Provide strategic support to leadership while managing AP/AR and payroll functions

• 3–5 years of accounting or finance experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
• Cost accounting experience preferred;
  Epicor ERP knowledge a plus
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow—comfortable in a lean, hands-on environment

• Bonus: 10–20% discretionary, performance-based
