For over 60 years, we’ve delivered high‑reliability solutions for defense applications. Join our Electrical Design Team in Miamisburg, OH, and help develop advanced Electronic Safe and Arm Devices (ESADs) and Ignition Safety Devices (ISDs) that meet the most demanding standards.

Responsibilities
  • Design ESADs and ISDs to meet customer and internal specifications
  • Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Program Management to ensure performance and manufacturability
  • Refine existing designs, perform tolerance studies, and select electronic components
  • Prepare engineering specifications, parts lists, and test schedules
  • Write technical reports and assist with proposals
  • Conduct design reviews, pre‑production builds, and product testing
  • Plan and execute test procedures and interpret results
  • Provide technical support for mature products and interface with customers
Qualifications
  • BS degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline (required)
  • Minimum 5 years of circuit design and development experience (required)
  • Proficiency with electronic design software (Altium, PSpice/LTSpice) (required)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills (required)
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen (required)
  • Experience with military high‑reliability programs (advantage)
