The Customer Service Representative will interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints. The position takes ownership of customer issues and provides complete end-to-end issue resolution by utilizing the resources available.#

* Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

*** Must be able to answer 50 to 150 calls per shift.
* Must be able to take calls involving fire alarms, police, fire, and EMS.
* Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
* Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve the callers' problems and issues.
* Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
* Perform other duties assigned by management.
* Must be available for three twelve-hour shifts 7am to 7pm. You will be paid for a 40-hour work week.
* Call Center experience is a plus.
** Education/

Qualification:

*** High school diploma or equivalent.
* Customer service experience required.
* Excellent communication skills including active listening.
* Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
* Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
* Must have a minimum of six months experience in a customer service industry.
* Must have a clean background.
** Other Duties:

*** Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

*** Pay is $20 per hour.
