Station Operator Dispatcher

The Customer Service Representative will interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints. The position takes ownership of customer issues and provides complete end-to-end issue resolution by utilizing the resources available.

• Must be able to answer 50 to 150 calls per shift.
• Must be able to take calls involving fire alarms, police, fire, and EMS.
• Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
• Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve the callers' problems and issues.
• Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
• Our current need is as follows:
  Must be able to work one of the following shifts: 3rd shift 10:50pm to 6:50am; 2nd shift 2:50pm to 10:50pm.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience required.
• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
• Must have a minimum of six months experience in a customer service industry.
• Must have a clean background.

• Adheres to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Pay is $20 per hour.
• There is .75 shift diff for 3rd shift.
• There is .50 Shift diff for 2nd shift.
