Receive and process all inbound orders into the Warehouse Management System (WMS);
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines for receiving, including compliance with regulatory and safety requirements;
Process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) efficiently and accurately;
Validate new SKUs in the WMS to ensure proper storage and handling by the LGVs (Laser Guided Vehicles);
Coordinate with Central Shipping Office (CSO) to ensure smooth flow of shipments in and out of the warehouse as per schedule
