Job Description
Freight handling:
Load, unload, and move cargo containers, pallets, and other freight using equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks (sit‑down forklift).
Receiving and processing:
Receive and document incoming merchandise. Unpack and inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies, reporting any issues to a supervisor.
Inventory management:
Accurately count, sort, and label all stock. Organize inventory and store it in the appropriate locations within the warehouse.
Order fulfillment:
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or pickup according to company schedules and instructions.
Safety and maintenance:
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and follow all safety policies and regulations.
Documentation:
Complete and update daily logs, inventory records, and other relevant documents, which may involve using handheld scanning devices or computer systems.
Team collaboration:
Communicate effectively and cooperate with coworkers and supervisors to achieve team goals and ensure high standards of quality.
- Able to operate the sit-down forklift
- Able to do heavy lifting
- Proficient with the computer
- Energetic, interested in learning, and willing to work overtime
Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Work EnvironmentThe position is based in a ventilated warehouse environment, ensuring a comfortable and safe workspace for all employees. The role requires working Monday through Friday, during regular PM hours.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Miami, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
