Logistics Specialist – Aircraft Ground; AOG

CNW is hiring an AOG Logistics Specialist to join our fast-growing Aerospace division.

When an aircraft is grounded, time isn’t measured in days — it’s measured in minutes. This role supports critical Aircraft on Ground (AOG) shipments, coordinating expedited and Next Flight Out (NFO) solutions across domestic and international networks.

• Manage time-sensitive AOG shipments from booking through final delivery confirmation
• Coordinate with air carriers, domestic and international agents, and service providers
• Monitor shipments in real‑time and proactively communicate updates
• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance (TSA, export/import, SOP adherence)
• Maintain customer‑specific service standards
• Build strong relationships with aerospace customers and global partners

• 1–5 years of logistics operations experience (freight forwarding preferred)
• Experience quoting and managing expedited shipments
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Calm under pressure with strong problem‑solving ability
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays (typical workweek exceeds 50 hours)
