Our client are seeking a detail-oriented Cruise Logistics Coordinator to join our growing logistics team in Doral, Miami. This role is responsible for coordinating time-sensitive shipments and supply chain operations supporting cruise line clients and vessel calls. The ideal candidate will have experience in freight forwarding, strong operational coordination skills, and the ability to manage fast-paced port logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate import and export shipments related to cruise vessel provisioning, equipment, and operational supplies
  • Liaise with cruise line representatives, vendors, warehouses, and port agents to ensure timely delivery before vessel departures
  • Arrange trucking, air freight, and ocean freight bookings with approved carriers
  • Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve delays or customs clearance issues
  • Prepare and review shipping documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs entries
  • Coordinate last-mile delivery to ports and cruise terminals across South Florida and other U.S. ports
  • Work closely with warehouse teams to schedule cargo handling, consolidation, and dispatch
  • Track shipment status and maintain accurate records in the company’s logistics management system
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. customs regulations and international shipping requirements
  • Provide high-level customer service to cruise line clients and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics coordination, or maritime logistics
  • Experience handling cruise line logistics, vessel provisioning, or port operations strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of import/export documentation and U.S. customs procedures
  • Experience coordinating air, ocean, and ground transportation
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent communication and client service abilities
  • Proficiency with logistics software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously
Preferred Experience
  • Background supporting cruise lines, marine spare parts logistics, or ship chandlery operations
  • Familiarity with South Florida port operations and vessel schedules
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
  • Base salary up to $70,000 depending on experience
