• Represent Chick‑fil‑A as a brand ambassador by embracing and demonstrating our values and culture at all times
• Execute safe driving best practices when operating delivery vehicles for meal deliveries with a sense of urgency
• Ensure customer satisfaction by protecting and upholding our brand during deliveries
• Maintain Operational Excellence in vehicles and delivery assembly area (cleanliness, speed and accuracy, taste of food, and attentive & courteous service)
• Meet with supervisor on shift to receive specific position and duty(s)
• Adhere to Chick‑fil‑A rules and dress code
• Delivering orders at the requested place and time
• Using a navigation app to plan the best routes
• Staying up‑to‑date with weather and road conditions
• Adjusting routes based on road, traffic and weather conditions
• Conducting daily vehicle maintenance checks
• Immediately reporting any potential vehicle issues
• Interacting with guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Providing excellent customer service
• Responsibly and respectfully represent Chick‑fil‑A on the road
• Obey all traffic laws and be courteous to others on the road
• Show exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Adhere to Chick‑fil‑A rules and dress code at all times
• Follow and adhere to the Chick‑fil‑A Hialeah Delivery Driver Agreement Packet
• Other duties as assigned when not delivering

• Must have a working smartphone with a data plan and GPS
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must have a valid state‑issued driver's license and at least 3 years of driving experience with a clean driving record
• Ability to carry delivery tote bags (approximately 5‑40 lbs)
• Must be able to bend over, twist, reach above shoulder level, crouch or stoop, kneel, stand and/or sit for extended periods of time
• Previous delivery or professional driver experience is preferred, but not required
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation apps
• Ability to drive at night
• Strong communication skills
• Professional, friendly, and polite disposition
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
