Our client, a leading organization in fleet operations and vehicle management, is seeking a Fleet Support Specialist to join their team. As a Fleet Support Specialist, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting fleet maintenance, monitoring, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Autonomous Fleet Support Specialist
Location: Miami, FL
Shift: Mon-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM What's the Job?
  • Coordinate repair scheduling and optimize vehicle repair times to ensure fleet availability.
  • Monitor fleet health by reviewing open vehicle issues and developing actionable plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle history, repairs, and maintenance activities.
  • Assist in creating technical documentation and support reporting on fleet performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline hardware and software handoffs, supporting fleet operations and repairs.
What's Needed?
  • 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced service or automotive environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
  • Familiarity with automotive repair processes and fundamentals.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
