Position:
Shuttle Driver (Must have Professional Valet Experience)

Shifts:

Monday through Friday 2:00pm to 7:00pm
Saturday and Sunday: 5:00am–9:00am and 2:00pm–12:00am

Hourly Pay: $15.00 to $19.00

Note:

• Meet and greet all guests upon arrival; assist with loading and unloading luggage as required
• Perform DOT daily inspections on assigned equipment; report safety issues immediately to Operations Manager or Shift Lead
• Transport passengers via a fixed route with scheduled pick-up and drop-off locations
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe shuttle at all times
• Immediately report any accidents, incidents or safety concerns to Operations Manager or Shift Lead
• Provide excellent customer service to guests; respond to inquiries and give directions as needed
• Be aware of potential passengers and approach guests seeking assistance
• Record number of passengers and complete daily/shift reporting as required
• Communicate professionally with guests, client, and teammates
• Occasionally lift and carry luggage or personal items up to 50 lbs
• All other duties as assigned

• At least 18 years of age
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with passenger endorsement
• Previous commercial driving experience, preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to verbally communicate with guests
• Operate commercial vehicles requiring normal coordination, including eye-hand, hand-foot coordination
• Enter and exit vehicle frequently and be able to sit for extended periods

Physical demands: able to walk, stand for up to 10 hours; able to bend, crouch, reach; able to use stairs; able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Working conditions:

outdoor work for extended periods, exposure to extreme heat and cold; protection from weather may be provided but not guaranteed.
