OTR CDL-A Drivers Needed – Dry Van (Solo & Team)
We’re hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for an over-the-road dry van position hauling mostly USPS Government Mail across the Midwest, South, and Southeast
.
Solo drivers earn a $1,800 flat rate for up to 3,000 miles
, with $0.60 CPM paid on every mile over that.
Team drivers also earn a $1,800 flat rate covering up to 5,500 miles
, plus $0.70 CPM for additional miles.
Most solo drivers average 3,000–3,200 miles per week
, while teams typically run 5,000–6,000 miles
.
The pay week runs Monday through Sunday
, and payday is Friday
. This is a 1099 position
, with no escrow
, and bonuses are paid for clean inspections
.
Drivers operate 2022 and newer Freightliner and Volvo trucks
, governed at 70 MPH and equipped with fridge, microwave, and inverter
.
Drivers stay out a minimum of 4 weeks
, followed by 7 full days at home
.
