The Valet Attendant ensures the safe and efficient parking of guest vehicles while delivering service adaptation that exceeds customer expectations. They respond quickly to customer requests, provide caring interactions, and work with teammates, the Operations Manager, and/or Shift Supervisor to meet quality, safety, and legal standards.

• Mobilize and coordinate the entire valet process by retrieving keys, vehicles, loading guest vehicles, issuing tickets, and using electronic devices to enter customer information.
• Build Subsequent customer rapport, address inquiries, and provide directions as neededയ്യ.
• Act as a courteous brand ambassador by interfacing with guests, opening vehicle doors, and unloading vehicles.
• Apply vehicle safety and security procedures—including directing traffic, barricading, and parking—inspect vehicles for damage and report incidents to the designated leader.
• Handle financial operations by collecting fees, reconciling end‑of‑shift revenue, and requesting/retrieving service charges.
• Meet and greet guests upon arrival; open vehicle doors and assist with unloading when necessary.
• Retrieve keys, issue tickets, and enter customer information via electronic device.
• Park guest car in an appropriate space, ensuring vehicle safety and proper placement.
• Inspect vehicles for pre‑existing damage, recording make, model, and exact location.
• Straight retrieve vehicles for waiting guests and help with luggage or personal items.
• Provide excellent customer service, respond to inquiries courteous, and give directions.
• Direct traffic, position barricades, and arrange towing when necessary.
• Report incidents sampling claims immediately to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
• Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates at all times.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles (stick shift).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Verbal communication proficiency for guest interaction.
• Acceptable driving record and motor vehicle report (MVR).
• Quick learner with sound decision‑making in fast‑paced environments.
• Ability to handle guest vehicles requiring coordination, such as eye‑hand and hand‑foot coordination.
• Physical stamina to move from valet stand to customer cars, walking or running for extended shifts.
• Previous valet experience preferred.
