Reporting organisationally to the Senior Manager, Fleet Management the Coordinator, Fleet will be a key member of the FIFA
26 Event Transport team, and work in close collaboration with the Office Management team, Transportation team, and other key individuals responsible for coordinating long‑term fleet at HQ and HC offices.
- Inspects and evaluates fleet vehicles, and maintains records of vehicle inspections, assignments, and usage.
- Ensure that the long‑term vehicle fleet in all host cities are following the manufacturer maintenance program.
- Coordinate unscheduled fleet maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinate fleet maintenance and repairs.
- Performs in‑service receipt, registration, and delivery of fleet vehicle.
- Open and follow‑up insurance claims in case of accidents or damages.
- Keep the fleet management system updated and follow up.
- Coordinate vehicle pool booking process.
- Analyzes, makes recommendations and prepares operational reports for the solution of fleet issues.
- Control and report consumables usages such as fuel, cleaning and tol.
- Report on non‑conformities and misuse of the vehicles.
- Performs other related fleet coordinator job duties as required.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field. Relevant experience in rent‑a‑car business is a differential.
- Basic knowledge of fleet management practices, insurance claims procedures.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle specification.
- Applicable federal, state, and local laws, codes and regulations.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Fluent in English. Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools.
