Overview:

Xerox Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Delivery Assistant who will be responsible for a wide variety of warehouse activities and delivery driving relating to the receipt, inspection, storage, picking, distribution and basic set up of office equipment, supplies and various goods. This is a full-time opportunity with daytime hours from Monday to Friday.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in receiving and shipping of Xerox products, equipment and various goods
• Load and unload vehicles
• Prepare equipment for shipment and delivery
• Check all orders for accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment
• May assist drivers with deliveries and interact with customers as needed
• Assist with inventory as needed
• (Delivery) Operate an automatic box truck in a safe and timely manner, including daily inspection of the vehicle
• (Delivery) Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record
• (Delivery) Perform general technical duties such as connecting equipment to network cables and fax lines

What You Need to Succeed:

• 1‑2 years of warehouse experience is preferred
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience using smartphone, tablet and/or laptop
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications and the Internet
• Experience operating a forklift is preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and regularly lift 50‑70 pounds
• Able to safely maneuver oversized and overweight equipment
• Must be able to work in a warehouse environment that may not be climate‑controlled

How We Set You Up for Success:

• Hands‑on training of Xerox equipment and all aspects of the delivery driver / installation specialist role and responsibilities
• Job shadowing to thoroughly prepare you to make deliveries and perform installations independently

* May be required to complete an annual DOT physical and drug screen if operating a vehicle weighing over 10,000 lbs.
