Overview:
Xerox Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Delivery Assistant who will be responsible for a wide variety of warehouse activities and delivery driving relating to the receipt, inspection, storage, picking, distribution and basic set up of office equipment, supplies and various goods. This is a full-time opportunity with daytime hours from Monday to Friday.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist in receiving and shipping of Xerox products, equipment and various goods
- Load and unload vehicles
- Prepare equipment for shipment and delivery
- Check all orders for accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment
- May assist drivers with deliveries and interact with customers as needed
- Assist with inventory as needed
- (Delivery) Operate an automatic box truck in a safe and timely manner, including daily inspection of the vehicle
- (Delivery) Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record
- (Delivery) Perform general technical duties such as connecting equipment to network cables and fax lines
What You Need to Succeed:
- 1‑2 years of warehouse experience is preferred
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience using smartphone, tablet and/or laptop
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications and the Internet
- Experience operating a forklift is preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and regularly lift 50‑70 pounds
- Able to safely maneuver oversized and overweight equipment
- Must be able to work in a warehouse environment that may not be climate‑controlled
How We Set You Up for Success:
- Hands‑on training of Xerox equipment and all aspects of the delivery driver / installation specialist role and responsibilities
- Job shadowing to thoroughly prepare you to make deliveries and perform installations independently
* May be required to complete an annual DOT physical and drug screen if operating a vehicle weighing over 10,000 lbs.
