We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator with a strong customer‑focused mindset to support daily logistics and warehouse operations. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth experience while coordinating shipments, documentation, and system updates. The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with computers and reports.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing timely updates and support related to shipments and logistics operations
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments in collaboration with the warehouse team
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation using internal systems and computer tools
• Monitor shipment status and proactively address potential issues or delays
• Support customer experience by ensuring clear communication and efficient problem resolution
• Assist the Warehouse Manager with operational reports and daily logistics tasks
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and logistics best practices

• 1–3 years of previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related role
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong customer service and customer experience skills
• Comfortable working with computers, systems, and operational reports
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
