** As a Ramp Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that flights operate on time by providing efficient ground support services.
** Forklift experience required.

* Job responsibilities:

*** Guide inbound/outbound airplanes to and from the gate.
* Transport, lift, load/unload, sort and transfer passenger baggage, cargo, and mail material in and out of aircraft bins, belt loader, or baggage carts in a safe manner.
* Safeguards customer baggage, air cargo, airmail from weather, loss, theft, damage, and/or destruction.
* Clean aircraft passenger cabins between flights and stock aircraft with needed supplies.
* Operate heavy equipment, such as pushback equipment, and maintain visual contact with Wing Walkers to ensure the equipment is free from any danger.
* Operate and/or drive motorized equipment, such as belt loaders, air-start units, lift trucks, push-back tugs, bag carts, lavatory carts, and deicers; or manually push and pull pushcarts and containers. Operate equipment to move luggage and cargo, tow planes between gates, and refill water tanks and lavatories.
* Receive and record customer baggage, air freight, mail, and company materials as required.
* Pick up, deliver, and transport cargo and baggage to and from aircraft, which may include wheelchairs, strollers, live animals, and other essential items of passengers' property, and prepare records in connection with these responsibilities.
* Complete all paperwork and forms related to work assignments, including procedures, and enter data into the company's information system as required.
* Follow company procedures and protocols to ensure consistent, safe, and responsible operation.
* Complete all training when required by the company, airport governing authority, or customer when required.
* Be on time, be prepared, and be safe. Be willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

* Physical Requirements:

*** This job requires physical stamina and strength – Ramp Agents must be able to lift / carry / push / pull and move items 70 pounds (32 kg) or more regularly and repetitively lift items weighing 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces.
