Padel Coach

Deliver exceptional padel experiences through top-quality instruction and outstanding customer service. This full-time position involves teaching various padel programs, such as junior classes, private lessons, clinics, and special events.

• Provide instruction for players at all skill levels, from beginner to advanced, in both private and group settings.
• Promote and lead padel clinics, private lessons, events, and programs to engage and retain clients.
• Educate players on padel rules, scoring systems, safety procedures, and court etiquette.
• Enforce facility policies and ensure proper use of equipment and resources.
• Maintain court conditions to ensure a high-quality playing environment.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client questions, feedback, and concerns.
• Incorporate safe work practices into all activities.
• Exhibit professionalism, courtesy, and hospitality in all interactions.
• Take on additional responsibilities as required.

• Frequent standing, walking, handling equipment, and engaging in physical activities such as climbing, balancing, kneeling, or crouching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

• Primarily outdoor work in moderate noise conditions.

• Proficiency in English (to communicate with clients, collaborate with team members, or use English-language materials).
• Demonstrated expertise and skill in padel instruction.
