You’ll work onsite in Miami, owning the design and delivery of core internal AI platform tooling that drives quality, reliability, and performance. You’ll operate across backend systems (Python/FastAPI), data (Postgre

SQL/Supabase), cloud infrastructure, observability, and messaging/telephony, while setting engineering standards and best practices across the platform.

This role is ideal for a senior engineer who wants real ownership, architectural influence, and visible impact, with a clear path toward Staff / Lead as the company scales.

• Proven experience designing and owning production CI/CD pipelines
• Strong background in automated testing and reliability‑focused engineering
• Hands‑on expertise in observability (logs, metrics, traces)
• Experience building and scaling 0‑to‑1 systems in fast‑moving environments

• Lead the design and build of AI platform performance, reliability, and observability tools
