Job DescriptionThe Senior Power Platform Engineer 2 role works within our agile/scrum Product Engineering team to contribute to major engineering initiatives. This role leads initiatives often established with limited guidance, defining success alongside immediate peers and communicating on a team-wide level.
Responsibilities- Apply current and learn new technical skills required to complete technically more difficult tasks to the definition of done.
- Conduct and facilitate code reviews, ensuring coding standards are met.
- Write technical documentation for application development.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all applications and code worked on, even those not written by the individual.
- Conduct Proof‑of‑Concepts for new solutions/technologies when asked and provide pro/con inputs to the team for decision making.
- Identify, own, and ensure implementation of work process improvement concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, Information Systems, engineering, MCA, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- 5–8+ years of relevant experience.
- Understanding of OOP and Design Patterns.
- 3+ years of experience with C#, HTML, CSS, JS/jQuery.
- Experience with model‑driven Power Apps customizations, advanced configurations.
- Experience with Power Platform development via Plugins/Workflows/Actions concepts.
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services and/or Power BI reporting concepts.
- Experience with Dynamics 365/Dataverse Product Modules (Sales/Marketing/Service/Field Service).
- Understanding of Power Apps Solution Management and Security Management concepts.
- Experience with data migration (SSIS, Power Platform Data Import Wizard, Microsoft Fabric, or custom console app).
- Excellent debugging skills.
- Experience working with Power Automate (MS Flow), MS Portal/Power Portal/Power Pages.
- Experience with Azure services such as Service Bus, Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, API Manager, Azure App Services.
- 3+ years of experience delivering in Agile.
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops or Jira for work item management, and Git for version control.
- Experience with a JavaScript framework (React, Angular, Vue, or similar) is a plus.
- Experience with CI/CD automation for solution deployment is a plus.
- VS Unit testing experience is a plus.
- Technology certifications are a plus.

The wage range for this role is $99,500.00 – $ per year.
