As a Group Supervisor you’ll provide safety and around-the-clock supervision for the youth in our program and provide an atmosphere that is supportive of the needs of the students. Ensures staff and students adhere to the facility and daily schedule, ensures that the facility (unit, cottage, house, room, dorm, etc.) is on time for all elements and the students participate in all of the scheduled activities.

Operates assigned shifts effectively and efficiently while maintaining the proper staff to student ratio for coverage according to licensing standards.

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma.
• Internal applicants must possess 1-year Direct Care experience. Must have completed Initial Qualifications (Tech 22) Training as well as Operations, Treatment and Human Resources Essential Subjects prior to placement in this position.
