As a Maintenance Technician with hotel experience, you will play a vital role in maintaining the functionality and safety of our hotel facilities. You will be responsible for responding to maintenance requests, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in excellent working order.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, as well as troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any potential safety hazards or maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to support a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain an organized inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any significant issues to the management team.
• Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies.
