Service Technician- Riviera - Quincy Compressor

Your role

As aService Technician, your mission is to best serve our customers, we are increasing our presence within our field service area. This supports our mision in providing safe and high-quality service that is performed with great efficiency to our customers. As a Service Technician, you are an important part of this mission. You will be close to your customers and service our products to provide a great customer experience.

You will report to the Service Manager.

• You will troubleshoot and repair air compressors, air dryers (refrigerated and regenerative), auto drains, flw controllers, vacuum pumps, and blowers.
• You will pressure wash (when possible) and effectively clean the customer's entire equipment pad including skids, coolers, concrete tank, ect.
• You will completely fill out all work orders, start up forms, warranty forms, oil sample forms, and parts return slip
• You will communicate with the customers and Service Manager regarding all services performed and clearly present all options for any required repairs, upgrades, or other customer needs.

To succeed, you will need

• You have 3-5 years of experience, working as a mechanic
• You will have a valid drivers license
• You will troubleshoot and repair air compressors, air dryers(refer native and refrigerated) , auto drains, flow controllers, vacuum pumps and blowers.
• You will communicate with the customer and Service Manager regarding all services performed and clearly present all options for any required repairs, upgrades, or other customer needs.
• You will pressure wash (when possible) and effectively clean the customer's entire equipment pad including skids, coolers, concrete, tanks, ect.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our (Quincy Compressor) in Riviera Beach, Florida.
