We are seeking a HVAC/Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team. This position is primarily responsible for troubleshooting and performing repairs on commercial HVAC/Refrigeration equipment, including boilers, Ice Machines, and heat pumps.

• Perform preventative maintenance on all types of commercial HVAC/Refrigeration equipment, including compressors, blowers, chillers, heat pumps, and boiler systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all types of refrigeration units.
• Perform repairs on air handlers.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the work performed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers in a timely manner while maintaining a positive attitude toward all customers and coworkers.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must run License and be cleared by our insurance company prior to the onboarding process.
• A clean driving record with the Motor Vehicle Department (MVD) at least 3 years old.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Ability to follow instructions and perform tasks accurately and efficiently in a high-volume repair shop environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and strong math skills; ability to calculate parts numbers and quantities is a must.

3‑year felony background check and lifetime sex offender check. No pending felony cases or warrants.

10‑panel pre‑employment drug screen.

• 8‑hour shift, Monday to Friday.
• On‑call rotation (once per month).
• Weekends as needed.
• On‑call as required.

EPA Universal Certification (Required)
