Description
This Tech is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting structured cabling and low‑voltage network systems across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. This includes working with copper, fiber optic, and low‑voltage wiring to support communication, security, audiovisual, and building technology systems. The technician follows the client’s high standards of safety, craftsmanship, and client service while interpreting blueprints, executing cabling pathways, and ensuring all installations meet industry and company quality specifications.
The role also involves documenting work performed, coordinating with project managers, and supporting team members in delivering reliable and code‑compliant network infrastructure.

Skills & Qualifications
- Strong Communication & Customer Service when interacting with clients onsite.
- Problem‑Solving & Analytical Thinking to diagnose and resolve network issues quickly.
- Attention to Detail & Documentation Accuracy, including labeling, network mapping, and service records.
- Teamwork & Leadership Ability, especially as projects scale in size or when supporting apprentices/technicians.
- Safety Awareness and adherence to OSHA and jobsite safety standards.
Contract to Hire position based out of Miami, FL.
Pay and BenefitsPay range: $20.00 – $25.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
